Stop thinking about dinner. The planning is done. You just cook.

Is this you?
You want to eat well…but you don’t have the bandwidth to count macros.

Or this?
You had a dinner plan…but a vital ingredient is missing.

Or how about my favourite?
You’ve just been asked ‘What’s for dinner?’ again.

Jac’s Healthy Recipes isn’t a food blog. It’s an admin service from my kitchen to yours.

It’s the way I plan and buy meals for myself and my family.

During the 2010s, I wrote and published many popular books in the healthy eating space. Several of which were massive best-sellers. I built up a huge bank of tried and tested recipes and a big old database of food macros and calorie counts.

But during the pandemic I closed it all down. I felt burnt out by it all. I re-assessed my priorities. I didn’t want to be a dieter or a diet writer anymore.

I was still using my recipes every week and building my own simple meal plans around them. But it was private and quiet. Which was what I needed at that time.

But recently…

I thought: ‘Heck! I’ve got all these recipes that only I can see and use. I’ll just share them. See what happens.’

And that’s how Jac’s Healthy Recipes began.

I don’t believe in “diet food”

I believe in proper healthy food.

It feels like cheating because you aren’t eating rabbit food. You’re eating pastas, curries, and potatoes. Filling, protein-rich and something for the long-term.

What you get in the Meal Plans

  • The Consolidated Shopping List: Organised by aisle, so you’re in and out of the shop in 15 minutes. (Or add it to your delivery in 5 minutes!)

  • The Maths: Full calorie and protein breakdowns for every dish.

  • The Result: You stop asking “what’s for dinner?” You just open your inbox.

Who is this for?

This is for the person who wants to be healthy but hates the “wellness” industry. If you want aesthetic smoothie bowls and moral lectures, this isn’t for you.

If you want a sausage and bean hotpot that fits your goals and requires zero brainpower to plan?

Welcome to Jac’s Healthy Recipes.

Your right-hand woman in the kitchen,
Jac

PS. I’m always trying to make Jac’s Healthy Recipes better. Not necessarily bigger, just more welcoming and friendly. Make recipes, cooking and eating into a community. We’ve all got to eat, right?

So if you’ve got a suggestion or even a recipe that you’d like to see on here, let me know. I’ll always reply. 👇
