TEX MEX BEEF TACOS
😀 SERVES 2 🧭 15 MINS 👌595 CALS
These are the kind of tacos that sort out a busy weeknight properly. The beef cooks fast and gets plenty of flavour from the cajun spices, while the fresh tomato salsa keeps everything bright and lively. There’s something quite satisfying about building your own tacos at the table, and with all that protein packed in, they’re surprisingly filling. A good one for when you want something quick that still feels like a proper dinner.
