PEANUT BUTTER & STRAWBERRY OVERNIGHT JAR

INGREDIENTS
80g (1 cup) strawberries
2 heaped tsp peanut butter (no added sugar)
50g (2oz) skyr yoghurt
1 tsp honey
30g (1oz) porridge oats
METHOD
STEP 1
Wash and hull the strawberries. Chop into small pieces.
STEP 2
In a bowl or jar, add the peanut butter and a little water. Stir to loosen the peanut butter. Add the skyr and honey and stir thoroughly.
STEP 3
Add the oats and a little more water (up to about 3/4 jar, if using). Stir through.
STEP 4
Top with the chopped strawberries. Leave overnight.
