Five healthy dinners, one shopping list…
…and one less thing to think about this week.
Bonfire Night's been and gone, the fireworks have mostly stopped, and it's a normal week again. Normal weeks are the ones where dinner needs the most thinking about.
I don't mind cooking. It's coming up with the idea every single night that wears me down - something everyone will eat, that we didn't have on Sunday, that uses up the peppers before they go soft. Do that five times and it's no wonder Friday ends up as toast.
So that's next week done.
Monday: Speedy Sausage Spaghetti
Tuesday: Singapore Beef Stir-fry
Wednesday: Herby Chicken with Lemony Fusilli
Thursday: Harissa Chicken Pilaf
Friday: Potato and Paneer Curry
None of them take longer than 25 minutes, and the first three are ready in 20. There's sausage, beef, chicken twice and a paneer curry on Friday if you fancy a night off meat. All under 600 cals, with the macros worked out as usual.
