This meal plan is designed to fit in with how you want to eat, made for 2 people, but easily expanded. Each recipe has all the macros clearly calculated - so if your goal is higher protein, lower cals or whatever, these recipes should slot right in.
I release a brand new Meal Plan to my subscribers every month. Normally this is on the first Saturday of the month (if it’s not, don’t panic, I’ve been distracted and it will appear as soon as I remember)
