This meal plan is designed to fit in with how you want to eat, made for 2 people, but easily expanded. Each recipe has all the macros clearly calculated - so if your goal is higher protein, lower cals or whatever, these recipes should slot right in.
I release a brand new Meal Plan to my subscribers every month. Normally this is on the first Saturday of the month (barring illness, emergencies etc)
