Meal Plan #1 is all about simple and cosy food. Each of these recipes cooks in less than 15 minutes.

Healthy, easy recipes are what we need right now. Everything feels a little bit harder as we’re struggling against the weather. We want to be healthy but everything seems harder.
Especially when there’s still cheese and biscuits and Lidl Stollen hanging around.
This is designed to fit in with how you want to eat, made for 2 people, but easily expanded. Each recipe has all the macros clearly calculated - so if your goal is higher protein, lower cals or whatever, these recipes should slot right in.
Going forward, I hope to release a Meal Plan every month - hopefully the first Saturday of every month (this is kind of the first Saturday??).
These will be free to download for all subscribers… with an exciting paid tier coming soon (well, as soon as I’ve got all my ducks in a row, who knows how long that will take!)
