Meal Plan #2 is all about bright and easy food. Each of these recipes cooks in less than half an hour and are designed to be easy weeknight meals.

Healthy, bright recipes are what we need right now. One moment we’re counting daffodils, the next it’s head down with freezing rain dripping down your nose.
This meal plan is designed to fit in with how you want to eat, made for 2 people, but easily expanded. Each recipe has all the macros clearly calculated - so if your goal is higher protein, lower cals or whatever, these recipes should slot right in.
I release a brand new Meal Plan to my subscribers every month. Normally this is on the first Saturday of the month (barring illness, emergencies etc)
