INGREDIENTS
200g (2 cups) whole porridge oats
20g (1 heaped tbsp) icing sugar
60g (2 heaped tbsp) sultanas (golden raisins)
10g (1 tbsp) sunflower seeds
10g (1 tbsp) pumpkin seeds
50g (2oz) spelt flakes
METHOD
STEP 1
Mix the oats and icing sugar together in a large bowl, making sure all the oats are very lightly coated.
STEP 2
Add the sultanas (golden raisins), seeds and spelt flakes and stir together.
STEP 3
Transfer to an airtight container
